I wasn't very worldy back then, so it's funny that of all of the luxury shops on this road back then that I'd photograph Zara. It would take 9 years for us to get a Zara store, and in the years in between I'd take Moonhee shopping at Zara stores in Osaka and Vancouver.

I don't consider it a real designer brand anymore by today's standards which makes this all the more amusing as to my view of the world then versus now. That said, it still was a cool store back then and one we still enjoy today. In fact, many of Ara's clothes come from Zara.
